ingredients:
- one rabbit cut in small pieces
- caribbean spices
- one lime and one lemon
- olive oil
- salt
- fresh mushrooms or canned mushrooms
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
prepare the rabbit marinade: mix two spoons of olive oil with the lime and lemon juice, salt, minced garlic and caribbean spices (mix of: black pepper, cayenne pepper, green pepper, chili, paprika, coriander, turmeric, savory, minced laurel leaves, caraway, grated lime peel).
wash the rabbit pieces and add them in the marinade. lave the meat in the fridge for several hours, mixing it every now and then.
