"Fresh multivitamin" vegetable juice

how about a vitamin bomb for breakfast? i know, you can't eat raw vegetables early in the morning, but what about making a juice?

i suggest you to try the following "glass salad" as i like to call this vegetable fresh: 3 medium carrots, 2 sticks of celery, a garden cucumber and a tomato.


squeeze them one by one and you will get a wonderful cocktail, full of vitamins!

takes less time than preparing a classical breakfast and you will be more energized!


serve immediately after preparation to take advantage of all the vitamins!

you can season it with a tablespoon of olive oil and juice from one lemon (oil helps the vitamin a absorption).
