Austin Community College, or ACC, is located in Austin, Texas. It offers seven additional campuses in Pinnacle, South Austin, Cypress Creek, Eastview, Riverside, Rio Grande and Northridge. The college also offers university transfer curriculums, two-year associate degrees, a highly diverse continuing education program and technical certificate programs.
Austin Community College District is celebrating 36 years as the primary gateway to higher education and workforce training in Central Texas. Among the largest and fastest growing two-year colleges in the nation— ACC is home to more than 40,000 credit students, 3,000 faculty and staff, and seven full-service campuses with number eight opening in 2010.
