Announcement follows

The German Academic Exchange Service offers scholarships to attend an intensive German Language course at the Technical University of Munich from 10 – 30 JANUARY 2010.

The offer is open exclusively to graduates (e.g. doctoral candidates, young academics, master students) who have been involved in the networks of the DAAD programme “Academic Reconstruction of South Eastern Europe”.

It includes:
• an intensive German language course (Credit - transfer according to ECTS)
• company visits
• cultural trips
• workshops at the TU Munich on various topics
• introduction to German and European culture
• accommodation (student dormitories)
• pocket money (150 €) and a travel allowance (lump sum)

Application procedure: Applications must be sent to the German project director, who will forward them to the DAAD – including a statement/recommendation letter from his side - by the 16th of October the latest. Direct application to the DAAD is not possible.
