UCF Winter Schools focus a constituency of the planetary community on a topic, either by introducing something relatively new to people who are not yet heavily engaged in it or by developing a new approach or technique within an established research area.

This year's 3-day learning workshop is geared toward planetary scientists who are interested in exoplanets. Each of the sessions will begin with a "school"-style talk delivered by an invited expert at the level of advanced graduate students. Invited and contributed presentations on the latest research in that area will follow. There will be plenty of time for group discussion, both formally and in the poster sessions. Attendance is limited to 150.
